La Foresteria alla Cattedrale is a splendid and spacious apartment in the heart of Palermo, easily reachable and is the ideal place to comfortably visit the city on foot.
Able to accommodate up to 8 people in its 120 square meters, it will allow you to live and get to know the city without giving up any comfort.
The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant noble palace dating back to the 15th century, recently renovated and is equipped with all comforts. About 120 square meters in size, the Foresteria alla Cattedrale is composed of: an entrance hall which is accessed via an elegant Carrara marble staircase, after the entrance hall there is a living room-TV with sofa bed, a spacious living room with large sofa, a dining room, bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with two twin beds; bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds is accessed from the entrance hall.
It has an independent kitchen and two bathrooms both with shower and bidet.
The apartment is equipped with autonomous gas heating and air conditioning (independent in the bedrooms), washing machine, television, microwave oven, toaster, hairdryer, bed linen and towels, soap and detergents. A wifi internet connection is also included through the Hot spot system; not for professional use. There is no lift. We only accept guests who are attentive to the places and not noisy, final cleaning costs and security deposit are required. There is no lift, due to the stairs, it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
