The sea is easily accessible by foot (150 m ) and nearby (circa 1km) there is a mini market, pizzeria and at least two restaurants.

Mondello, with its restaurants, bars and lively atmosphere is also only 2km distance by car.

The villa is situated 15-20 minutes by car from the Palermo historical centre, for further cultural or shopping itineraries.
